The Lighthouse Chargers Booster Club is steadfastly committed to an urgent and important purpose. It's simple. Our homeschool athletes need a home. We want to build them that home. Powered by our Legacy Campaign, we plan to lay a foundation that will provide generations of homeschool student athletes in Southwest Missouri the athletic facilities they need to play and compete.
One of the greatest challenges in deciding to homeschool is ensuring access to quality competitive sports programs. While homeschool sports programs like Lighthouse Chargers are growing in size and breadth of offerings, they still face ever increasing difficulty in consistently securing facilities for practice and competition.
We plan to meet this challenge head on by building a multi-sport "home" facility for the Chargers homeschool community. Continue scrolling to learn more about this critically important initiative, find out why it is so deperately needed, and how you can partner with us to make it happen.

Our Mission
We are investing in the future of our homeschool youth. In doing so, we are also investing in the development of mind, body, and most importantly, the spirit of these precious student athletes. We fully support the Chargers mission, to build strong Chistian character in our student athletes as they grow in their faith. In building this multi-sport athletic home, we will provide our homeschool community with the space and opportunity for it's young people to participate, excel, and thrive in competitive sports programs. We will establish a safe and fun "home base" for our kids to gather, fellowship, study, train, compete, and grow.

Meeting the Growing Need
Our goal as an organization is to meet the needs of this fast growing and diverse population. The Chargers organization currently serves over 900 student athletes, and that number is rapidly increasing. Currently the Chargers organization relies exclusively on the ability to rent from public and private institutions for practices and home competition across all sports. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find the space required to rent from these institutions. The time is NOW to build our Chargers home and to become a model for what is possible for homeschool communities nationwide.
Our Charger families come from 50+ zip codes across southern and middle Missouri, and even northern Arkansas!
